GSG HANDICAP SYSTEM
ONLINE POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Victory Golf Pass is proud to call Chesapeake Bay Golf Club home.  Both the
Chesapeake Bay Golf Club at North East and Chesapeake Bay Golf Club at Rising Sun courses are registered as your Home or Internet Score Type.

 TO POST A "HOME" INTERNET SCORE

1)      Click the POST A SCORE button

2)      ENTER DATE, ESC SCORE, COURSE PLAYED AND TEE PLAYED

(Note: for Internet score types the course rating and slope rating will automatically populate upon selecting course and tee played)

3)      Click POST A SCORE button

4)      Depress ENTER key or click OK to confirm all score information is accurate

5)      Depress ENTER key or click OK to acknowledge score has been posted

6)      Repeat for another score or click CLOSE to exit.

 TO POST AN "AWAY" INTERNET
OR "TOURNAMENT" INTERNET SCORE

 1)      Click the POST A SCORE button

2)      Select AWAY INTERNET or TOURNAMENT INTERNET Score Type
(Note: A COURSE LOOKUP button will appear)

3)      Click the COURSE LOOKUP button, Click STATE drop down arrow to view
and select state, Click Display Courses button to view all the courses or
type all or part of the facility name in the golf course field and click Display Courses to auto locate the course

4)      Depress SELECT key to choose the course and populate course information fields

5)      ENTER DATE, ESC SCORE, AND TEE PLAYED

(Note: Some courses listed may not have the Course Rating and Slope Rating information available, if the course / tee you played does not automatically populate the course and slope rating cells upon selection, then simply manually enter the information from the scorecard)

6)   Click POST A SCORE button

7)      Depress ENTER key or click OK to confirm all score information is accurate

8)      Depress ENTER key or click OK to acknowledge score has been posted

9)      Repeat for another score or click CLOSE to exit.

ADDITIONAL POSTING NOTES

NINE-HOLE SCORES – The GSG system does not provide nine-hole score posting for Victory Golf Pass Association Members. Users may not post nine-hole scores, but are able to combine nine-hole scores to post an 18-hole score.  If posting nine-hole scores, please visit www.usga.org and review the handicap section to combine scores.

 HOLE BY HOLE POSTING – The GSG system does not provide for hole by hole posting.

 AUTOMATED E-MAIL REVISIONS – An updated USGA Handicap Index report will be forwarded each time your handicap index is revised for your records.

ENTERING AN INCORRECT SCORE, TEE, SLOPE OR RATING – A user does not have access to correct an incorrect score posting.  Please e-mail (with as much information as possible) victorygolf@victorygolfpass.com and the score will be deleted or corrected.
